Returns & Exchanges

At Needledust, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted footwear; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check Approval

  Ensure the juttis or mules are unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48-72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After receiving and verifying the product at our warehouse, your exchange will be dispatched or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
